These terms govern your use of seenfirstlocal.com and any services provided by SeenFirst, operated by Harper Digital LLC.
Services
SeenFirst provides digital presence management services for local businesses, including website development, directory management, review management, and search visibility optimization.
Ownership
All website code, content, and assets we create for your business are owned by you. If you cancel service, you retain full ownership of everything we built.
Payment
Services are billed monthly. Setup fees are due at project start. Monthly service continues until cancelled. There are no long-term contracts.
Cancellation
You may cancel monthly service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Limitation of Liability
SeenFirst does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. We guarantee the strongest online presence we can build with current best practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
